Over time Centralis has developed a number of
reporting tools and analysis modules to improve the quality of
information provided to customers.
Centralis Greenlight brings those tools together into a
single interface, providing a unique insight into the usage and
operation of Citrix environments through a simple user interface.
Under the managed service Centralis takes direct
responsibility for the operation and performance of the application
delivery environment, and includes unlimited support calls. The service
is specifically designed to ensure the stability and performance of the
application delivery environment – ensuring a high quality of service is
delivered to the end-users.
